pulledfromshelves.com is run by Pulled From Shelves ("we", "us"), based in New South Wales, Australia. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. The store is hosted on Shopify.
Orders
Every product is printed to order. Your order is accepted when we email your order confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
Prices & payment
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless shown otherwise and include GST where applicable. Shipping is shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Batches
Designs are sold in limited batches and come off sale on the date shown. We don't restock or rerun pulled designs.
Products
Colours and print placement can vary slightly from what you see on screen, and each shirt is printed individually. Measurements are on our sizing page.

Content
Designs, text and images on this site belong to Pulled From Shelves or are used with permission. Don't copy or resell them without our written permission. Our shirts are satire and humour. Slogans are not statements about real people or brands.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything else is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price you paid.
