Shipping

Every shirt is made to order and printed at the facility closest to you, so most orders ship domestically wherever you are.

How long it takes

• Printing & dispatch: 2 to 4 business days.
• Delivery: usually 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on where you are.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods and postal delays can add a few days.

Shipping costs and the countries we ship to are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.

Duties & taxes

Where duties and import taxes are shown at checkout, they're paid there and nothing extra is due on delivery. Otherwise, some countries may charge import duties or taxes on arrival, and those are payable by the customer.

Address mistakes

Check your address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at pulledfromshelves@gmail.com. Once a shirt is printed we can't change the address, and parcels returned because of an incorrect address may need to be reshipped at your cost.

Lost or damaged in transit
